Dependents

The Dependents section allows you to create a Dependent. You must enter information in the available fields in the Dependents section.

Field	Description
Surname/Primary Name	The dependent’s last name.
First/Given Name	The dependent’s first name.
Middle Name	The dependent’s middle name.
VisaType	The dependent’s visa type.
Date of Birth	The dependent’s date of birth.
Country of Birth	The dependent’s country of birth.
Relationship	The dependent’s relationship to the individual.
Status	The dependent’s status.
