Troubleshooting ISSM Portal
Refer to this section to find help with common problems or situations that may arise while using ISSM Portal.
You must send the following details in an email while contacting the administrator:
- Username
- Personal information: First Name, Last Name, Country of Citizenship, Date Of birth, Campus ID (in case available).
- Date and Time when you got the error, with Time zone (timezone from where you accessed the application).
- Steps performed when you got the error.
